Sifar: spare parts and accessories
with quality and competence


Sifar is the historic company with twenty years of experience in mobile phone sector and a reference point for the supply of spare parts and accessories for Smartphones and Tablets. Two thousand square meters of warehouse and over twenty thousand items available ensure rapid and widespread service to assistance centers and telephone shops. The company has recently entered into important agreements with some of the leading smartphone manufacturers brands. We talked about this and much more with Giovanni and Andrea Sibilla, partners of Sifar.

What is Sifar's main business?
We specialize in sales of spare parts, compatible and original. Our most recent milestone is the project started with Huawei: since 2017 we have been the official distributor for Italy of their original spare parts for out-of-warranty reparations. This is the first project of its kind at European level. Furthermore, in 2018 we signed an important contract with Wiko for the distribution of original components for the repair of the French brand's phones.

What do you offer in the spare parts sector?
In addition to the official distribution of spare parts, we also supply original and compatible spare parts for the most well-known manufacturers on the market. We also try to offer the centers the best assistance and support to solve many technical problems related to the world of repair.

What happens when a consumer brings a broken smartphone for assistance?
The customer goes to a service center and this verifies the problem, focusing on the type of intervention to be carried out. In some cases, when the problems are particularly complex, it is the same assistance that makes contact with our technical department for advice on the spare parts needed for the intervention. Our sales department and after-sales service, located in Italy, are made up of qualified personnel capable of interacting scrupulously with customers.

Who are your customers?
We have a very large customers range, from large hubs to telecom specialists offering assistance services. It is a complex market to manage, but our strength is being able to ensure timeliness in order fulfillment. To date we manage an average of 250/300 daily shipments exclusively in the B2B sector and we do not provide sales service to individuals.

Which part breaks most often in modern smartphones?
Without any doubt the LCD. The display is the most fragile part of a device and an accidental drop is enough to create a break in the glass.

Do you have a spare parts line for Apple?
Yes, for years we have had an important partnership with a large Chinese manufacturer: we offer a compatible product with truly above average quality.

What makes the difference from the competition?
Competence and professionalism is a standard for us. We are particularly distinguished by the after-sales service and accurate advice in the event of technical difficulties.

What are the order fulfillment times?
We receive orders from all over Italy, from the small service center to the large multibrand, and they are processed in 24 maximum 48 hours including the islands, ensuring quality of spare parts, precision in order management and shipping speed.

In addition to spare parts, you have an assorted line of accessories
Yes, we are exclusive distributors of +EGO accessories, a young and quality line with a great depth of range. We have an infinite variety of products ranging from covers to energy, from protection to audio, passing through car holders, sports and leisure. We mainly target telecom specialists who want to put a line of high quality accessories in their store, with a company that is always present and attentive to market trends behind it. In addition, with +EGO, we have been the main sponsor of the Moto2 Speedup team for years and we involve customers with meetings and events in the exclusive paddock of the world championship.

What are the best-selling accessories?
Mainly accessories for protection, energy and data transmission. Wireless battery chargers are also gaining momentum, thanks to the growing use of wireless charging offered on the main top-of-the-range devices. We have included them in the catalog more than a year ago and they are giving us excellent satisfaction. Then there are the evergreen items, such as power banks.

Do you have a network of agents in the area?
We have no sales agents in the area, all business contacts are made directly through direct contact and our B2B platform. We are working on the inclusion of professional figures useful for deepening and improving our potential throughout Italy.

What is in the near future of Sifar?
As regards accessories and spare parts, we are approaching - due to product proximity - new areas close to telephony. We are also aiming at a project that involves the development and strengthening of the +EGO brand's network of points of sale in collaboration with selected high-level centers.
