NAVARRO SEALS SENSATIONAL SECOND PLACE IN ARAGÓN GRAND PRIX. DI GIANNANTONIO ELEVENTH AT THE FINISH LINE

A complicated weekend ended for Beta Tools Speed Up riders at the Chang International Circuit.
Jorge Navarro and Fabio Di Giannantonio leave Thailand with the seventeenth and eighteenth position aware of having given the maximum although the difficulties encountered during the weekend. Today’s race start was very hard after yesterday’s difficult qualifying in which Fabio and Jorge got the eighteenth and twenty-first position. They made a good start but too many difficulties encountered on track, especially in the straights where Navarro and Di Giannantonio could not keep the pace. Beta Tools Speed Up team ended the Thai Grand Prix a bit disappointed looking to the next Japanese Grand Prix wishing to redeem.

JORGE NAVARRO#9 – 17nd
“I am very disappointed by this weekend, especially from the race. I got a good start recovering positions right from the start but then it was impossible to move forward and get the group ahead. Big difficulties at every straight, we lost a lot at the end of T1, T2 and T4 which are acceleration zones. We recovered in T3 and at the beginning of T4, but it was too risky driving in that way. This is our position this weekend, we need to be realistic and understand why we have suffered so much. We will continue to work hard to come back stronger than before already from Japan”.

FABIO DI GIANNANTONIO#21 –18th
“Difficult weekend. Jorge and I gave our best on the track but with the bike we have right now we couldn’t do better on this circuit, it was complicated for the whole team. Talking about the development of the bike we are at the top, the bike allows us to do what we want when riding, a pity that we lose a lot on the straight, it is our only problem. When we find a solution for this then we will fight for the podium every Sunday, but so in some tracks we cannot do anything!”
